Our Oil Test Sets are ideal for speedy and accurate testing of dielectric strength of transformer and circuit breaker oils as per IS:6792-1972.
Output Range
Continuously variable output from 0–50KV, 0–60KV, 0–75KV, 0–100KV, or 0–120KV. Sets are available in manual or motor operated variants.
Controls & Features
- Auto-Transformer — Continuously variable for smooth voltage variation
- Automatic Tripping — Protection mechanism for H.T. transformer
- KV Voltmeter — Calibrated in KV on L.T. side for accurate readings
- Zero-Start Interlock — Safety interlocking device prevents accidental operation

Test Vessel
Fitted with two brass spheres (Ø 12.7mm) placed at 2.5mm gap distance, adjustable, made from non-absorbent insulating material. The vessel design ensures accurate and repeatable test results conforming to Indian Standards.
